To prioritise your booking, Property Care Prestige may require an upfront payment for call-out or initial services. This allows us to confirm your appointment quickly and allocate an engineer without delay. Please note, this fee may be non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, if you need to rearrange and our engineer has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to reschedule at no additional cost.

Invoices include a detailed breakdown of labour, materials, and any applicable charges. Payment terms will be agreed prior to or upon completion of the work. We aim to keep all transactions straightforward and transparent.
